The 10th annual Domefest is back for another three-day celebration of music, friendship and life on May 16-18, 2019 at Marvin’s Mountaintop in Masontown, WV!! Please read all of the information here and stay tuned to our social media pages for exciting news and fun updates.
There’s no place like DOME!!
Nestled in the rolling hills and lush trees of West Virginia, Marvin’s Mountaintop is a magical place. We’ve carved out a unique layout that features an intimate tree-lined natural amphitheater with plenty of comfortable camping and parking space nearby. Similar to year’s past, our new home is on private property. Check back for detailed directions to the site from all points of origin.
Camping and parking is included in the ticket price and is highly encouraged (most people camp for the entire festival). Our staff will direct you to a designated parking space upon arrival. Domefest parking staff and volunteers are trained to park your vehicle as conveniently as possible while maintaining safety as our #1 priority – trust that we have everyone’s best interests and safety at heart. Learn more in the parking section below.
Please bring your own camping gear, including: tents, ground tarps, sleeping bags, pillows, flashlights, portable chargers, etc. If you forget any supplies, our Domefest General Store should have you covered. Campers will have access to port-o-potties all day and night. Bottled water and ice will be available for sale and there will be an ATM on site.
Please assist our waste management team Zero Waste Event Productions (ZWEP) and discard all materials in the proper bins, bring only what you need for the weekend, choose bulk and reusable items over disposables, and pick up after yourself when you are packing up your campsite. Smokers can swing by ZWEP’s on-site sorting station near the main gate to receive a free pocket ashtray to keep butts off the ground and contribute to a cleaner festival.
We ask that all campers clean their personal site and be off the property by Sunday at 2pm.
Parking for one normal-sized vehicle is now included with your festival pass! Those who need to leave during the festival must inform our staff upon arrival – please be smart. All others should expect to park their car for the entirety of the festival barring emergency. All vehicles are subject to search. Please be flexible with our parking staff whose first priority is maintaining everyone’s safety. Please carpool to reduce our carbon footprint. We’re excited to bring back RV parking options, learn more at domefestival.com/tickets.
Grilled food and beverage options will be available at reasonable prices with vegetarian and vegan options. Personal coolers are permitted on site and will be searched.
Please leave your pets at home. No animals are permitted on site.
All domies must abide by these simple rules, thanks!
Do not litter. Marvin’s Mountaintop is a special place and we want to leave the grounds beautiful and trash-free! Be mindful of the property. Anyone who is being generally disrespectful or is caught damaging the property will be ejected without refund. Cars and coolers will be searched upon arrival to the festival grounds. Use common sense. If it seems like a bad idea then DON’T DO IT.
Interested in vending at Domefest 2019? Please fill out the following craft and food vending applications and we will be in touch! Stay tuned for more information about volunteering, including this year’s volunteer application coming soon.

The world may never know…
Marvin’s Mountaintop is MAGICAL! Its secluded oasis of rolling hills and lush trees are setup perfectly for a music festival, and we’ve carved out a unique layout that features an intimate tree-lined natural amphitheater with plenty of comfortable camping and parking space nearby. Trust us, you’re going to love it!!
Camping will be comfortable, but please refrain from brining excess camping gear. There is ample space for camping and parking located mere minutes from the concert field. All general admission domies should expect a very short walk from their vehicle to their campsite. Please be respectful of your neighbors and listen to our parking staff who work diligently to make sure everyone is camped comfortably and safely. Campsites should be kept to a comfortable minimum.
To make this happen, you all need to pull into the festival at the exact same time. Nothing is guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Caravans for the win!
Yes. We strongly prefer that everyone stays for the weekend for safety reasons (and most do!), but we understand that life exists outside of Domefest. If you know you have to leave during the festival, you MUST tell our main gate and parking staff upon arrival. They will direct you to park in spaces that will ensure your safest and easiest departure. If you do not tell our staff upon arrival, you should expect to stay until Sunday barring emergency.
No raised fire pits or personal fires of any kind. Charcoal or propane grills are acceptable. We’re sorry for any inconvenience, but safety is always our #1 priority. NOTE: There are tasty food vendors with vegan/vegetarian options on site, as well as ice sold at our Domefest General Store.
Google can tell you more.
Domefest is 18+ unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Kids ages 4-12 will be $20 at the gate, cash only. Children under 4 years old will be free of charge.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian at all times. If you are not their legal guardian, you may not enter the festival with anyone under 18. We do not accept unofficial documents, such as permission slips from parents. We’re sorry for any inconvenience.
We’re happy to say that parking for one normal-sized vehicle is now included with your festival pass! Stay tuned for more information about parking specifications coming soon.
We’re thrilled to announce the return of RV parking this year! Head to our tickets page to learn more about RV parking options, including spaces with power hookups (limited available).
Sadly no, only High Flyers are permitted in all High Flyer areas. However, High Flyers are welcome to camp in General Admission Camping Areas. Or in their car… it’s a free country.
No harm, no fowl.
