All workshops are included with your festival pass and take place in our workshop dome unless otherwise noted in the workshop’s description.

Disc Golf... Hek Yeh!

Meet at the disc golf course in the upper parking lot to get your Domefest party started large with an intro to the festival’s exclusive disc golf experience. Led by INNOVA with special guest DJ Hek Yeh.

Morning Yoga: Rise & Shine

Rise and refresh with a slow-flow vinyasa yoga class! All levels welcome, please bring a mat or towel, water, and a smile! Led by Chelsea Snow, 200hr certified vinyasa yoga instructor.

Tai Chi & Qigong: Harvesting Cosmic Energy

Surrender to the Flow by learning how to tune into and feel your own Qi (life force energy) and what you can do with it. Traditional tai chi and qigong movements will allow you to harvest cosmic energy and move Qi in, around, and through your body. Led by Matthew Myro.

Tie Dye with Hazey Daisey

Come dye some shirts with me! Choose from a variety of pre-tied shirts or learn to tie up your own creation. Led by Sam Mehalko.

Introduction to Tapping (EFT)

Would you like to learn how to support yourself when anxiety hits, raise your energy level, or quiet your mind? Tapping is a simple, gentle and remarkable modality that has the capability to transform lives. Led by Andrea Clan.

Guitar Rig Rundown and Q&A w/ Jeremy of PPPP

Guitarists and music-lovers alike, come learn about FX pedals, guitars and more with a live demonstration by PPPP guitarist Jeremy Schon.

Let It Flow: Poem Tell w/ Ben of PPPP

Words have benefits! Take a walk in the metaphorest with Ben of Pigeons Playing Ping Pong. Meet at the workshop dome and see where the vibe takes you!

Hooping: Escalate Your Flow

Get ready to learn a fun combination that you can build from or incorporate into your flow. This open-ended workshop will help you embrace new creative moves that flow nicely together with varying options for you to create a unique flow that feels like you. Led by Julia Lewis.

Yoga & Sound Medicine

A beginner-friendly, authentic yoga practice that will anchor you in the peace of the present moment through a combination of breath-work, sound healing and movement medicine. Bring a mat/towel/blanket and water to enjoy this class led by Mekensy Keener, RYT 200.

Learn the basics of stage lighting and gain insight behind the creative decisions of a light show. Cover topics such as design, color theory, programming, touring and more, followed by a fun Q&A w/ Manny.
